Was supposed to be 100 miles but my bike had problems. Stopped at 80. I had to restart the bike computer this is why it says, "66.89" mile. I had started at UTSA.

Day1 Had planned on doing the 100 miles. I developed pain in my neck and shoulder. Just rode the shortened 66-mile route.

Oct 3, 2021, MS Valero Bike to the River. Day 2 part 1. Planned on riding the 62-mile route but hit something in the road that sliced my tire and inner tube. Rode the SAG van to the next rest stop and bought a new tire and inner tube. Continued on to the finish. This is why day two has two maps. About six miles of the first map was in a van. But did go 46 MPH down a hill for a while on the bike.

Not with the carbs I have. 200 kcals/hr in. 500 kcals/hr out. -300 kcals per hour. I made it a little over ten hours. A total of -3000 kcals. Oops… Only climbed half of an Everesting

Do it twenty minutes faster than last year. Even though the swim is a much longer "300 meters." 14 miles bike and run a 5K (3.1 miles). Finish in the middle as opposed to last year's near the last. Start training this week for other bike rides and an vEveresting.
